Exchange/Return Policy:

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. Just contact us by phone or email for a pre-approval and return authorization number within 30 days of purchase date and we will issue a refund of your purchase price excluding any shipping and handling fees paid to have your order shipped or returned. 

Please note:  In order for your return to be accepted, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories. Any item you received with tags attached must be returned with same tags attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Items received after the 30-day return period will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged Goods:

Please inspect merchandise upon arrival. If for any reason your items are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email or phone. All damage/defective claims must be made within 7-9 days of date of purchase. No exceptions. Claims for damage that exceed 7-9 days will not be honored.

Privacy:

Personal information that you may submit to My Motorcycle Clothing through this website is governed by the My Motorcycle Clothing Privacy Policy. We do not share nor sell your personal information with anyone, other than the credit card company you use, PayPal or the shipper we use. We do not sell your personal information.

Backorders:

If for some reason your item(s) are backordered, we will contact you with the following options:

  • Choose another product to be shipped now
  • Wait until item is in stock and then it will be shipped
  • Receive store credit for another purchase
  • Receive a refund of the full purchase price
